Happy New Year

Who can believe 2009 is here?

What a year we had last year. Huge changes in our lives, selling our beloved home, saying goodbye to our family's and friends, moving to a very foreign country and traveling to other country's that we had only ever dreamed of.

So here we are in India and who knows what the new year will bring. We can only imagine...

What amazing place's will we be traveling to and what daily challenges lay ahead? Life is sure to be interesting. We look forward to meeting new friends and continuing to keep in touch with our old ones.

So from our family to yours, we wish you all the happiness life can bring. May good luck and good fortune be yours and may god's love bless you each and every day.
Here's some photo's of the year that was, 2008, a big year in the lives of the Purdy's.
And remember to keep us in your hearts for a while, as you are in ours.

Oh Megan that was so beautiful!
The photos, the song all made me cry. Just seeing them makes me realise how much I really miss you.
Keep up the great blog work - you are amazing!
May God continue to bless you & your family in 2009, and may you appreciate all that surrounds you.
Love & blessings :)

Well done Mrs Spielberg! What next? Nice touch with the sepia love!
I had lots of smiles watching your images but must admit tired Midwife Kath, after a busy nightshift, had a bit of a sore throat and wet eyes! For goodness sake Megs...it's the new year! (Editor ...please see previous comments on another blog for relevance!) I did love that Princess shot but where are the robe photos? A bit graphic perhaps!
Well after all that reminiscing it's time for a date with my pillow and bed.
Love Kath + 5
PS I'm to be a Great Aunt again this year, the great bit i already knew though, and we'll be having another Andrews family wedding in the near future.
Greggie boy is on the job about the correct camera apparatus for Skype!

Megan,

That was fantastic. Having been here in Chennai to share some of those times with your family makes some photos even more meaningful. Almost had a tear in my eye too!
NB and I wish you all a very happy, adventurous (undoubtedly) and fantastic 2009.
See you all in a couple of weeks when we return from Aus to pick up where we left off.

Happy New Year Megan and family. It has been lovely to see what you have been up to for the past few months. We have also been busy here - sold our house and starting to build another one in Ocean Grove again. Bubs has grown up a lot and is running around now - a real little girl with crazy curly hair! We hope you have another great year of adventures and travel. Looking forward to more photos. Cheers Wendy S
